We’ve put a ‘Recently Added’ thumbnail widget in the sidebar, showing the last 10 images uploaded to the main About PhotoStock site. This is driven from a PHP script written by Johan Peijnenburg of NiO Photography, for his own Photoshelter hosted site. The script is pointed to our site’s RSS feed for a gallery, in this case for the whole public collection.
The script is highly configurable and can be used multiple times on a single page, so we may make more use of it in the future. Full details are on Johan’s blog here. Thanks, Johan!
